I haven't had these knives for a long time and I really like them so far. They are very sharp, work well and are easy to clean. I've used them on all types of fruit, veggies, and meat. They haven't faded yet. If you are not used to ceramic knives, you have to get used to their lightness. They almost feel thin but hold up well to my rough use. If they fade unexpectedly or seem to degrade their quality significantly, I'll update my post. Cons: They don't always cut as well as I expected. They're infinitely better than the paring knife I had before, but I have to try and cut things like peppers more than once. Once you start, you're done.
