This is a great size for leftovers. We cook for a large family and love leftovers. Keep in mind we don't use them in the microwave, but they're perfect for the fridge. They also fit right in the size of the ice cream and frozen yogurt we get from our Cuisinart ICE-100 they cracked and deteriorated. The plastic was so stuck to the ice and broke too easily. We love these containers, but not for freezer use.
