Good ink, bad volume. Bad customer support.

The cartridges themselves are good as is the quality of the ink. However, I received them on April 3rd, installed them on the evening of April 4th and they went out yesterday. I don't print much so this is not acceptable. I've never run out of cartridges so quickly. I would NOT recommend them. PS I've chatted with Revane but to no avail. The person asked if I tried to restart the computer DUE TO A PRINTER INK PROBLEM! Then she asked if the protective film had been removed from the cartridge. SERIOUS?! very bad experience.
