Great place work, good opportunities
I've been working as an event manager at one of their clients for around 6 months now and it has been great to be part of such a professional team! The day-to-day is very busy but there's always something interesting going on that keeps me motivated. Nothing really comes out negative about this company - everything works well from communication through to training courses.
Pros
- Great people who genuinely care & want what’s good.
- Lots happening across different departments within same org, lots potential opportunities if not already taken advantage off fully (e g salesforce automation)
- Really flexible work hours + no dress codes so come when your ready / feel comfortable :)
Cons
- Sometimes lack clarity over how tasks will fit together
- No personal development budget :(
