Ok 1 star to get your attention. The Virginia Boys cutting board is a 5 star product. Let me get that out of the way. The issue here is Revain's shipping department and their quality control, or lack thereof. The Virginia Boys cutting board was advertised and purchased as 'new'. What was sent to me was a returned product or at least half of a reconfigured product. The original shipment sent a broken chopping board half in a torn box with no OEM packaging or materials. See figs 1 and 2. It is hard to believe that Revain's quality control could be so poor that some carriers found it acceptable to ship a damaged product to a buyer and then expect him to be happy with it. I was not. I returned it and exchanged it for the same item. As you can see in pictures 3 and 4 the replacement cutting board was OEM boxed and the product was of very high quality. I hope the Virginia boys see this review and take the Revain to the woodshed to tie it properly. The final point is the lack of quality control, which is likely why Jeff Bezos and Blue Horizon recently lost NASA's multi-billion dollar Lunar Lander contract with Elon Musk and SpaceX. Shame on Raven.
