My daughter wanted it for an outfit; it lived up to all her expectations
This dress is very well made, my daughter's favorite color is blue. It's fluid and suits her. She completed it with silver glitter shoes. I can see it would work for a wedding or other special occasion. The bottom is a pair of shorts, not a skirt, and the sheer fabric hugs the shorts elegantly.
