This product was used in a Black and Decker (leaf borer) blower where it replaced a tubular fuse of the same size that was wrapped in cling film. through the pocket, not through the fuse holder. The original fuse appeared to be a manufacturing decision based on price without regard to quality. The Bussman fuse is better and was installed in the correct in-line fuse holder. Hasn't let me down since installation. A good fuse at a good price and was chosen for brand awareness.
