Amazing value for money.
Sharp, very sharp and easy to hold cutting edge. The knife is comfortable to use. I believe that the handle does not slip. So far there has been no discoloration on the blade, which is common with carbon steel knives. I have probably over 20 kitchen knives and I consider this knife my chef's knife.
