Review on 🌰 Clairol Natural Instincts 5C Brass Free Medium Brown Hair Dye - Semi-Permanent Color, Pack of 3 by Rebecca Porter

I bought three packs of Clairol Natural Instincts at the start of Covid as I couldn't find them in my stores. That was sometime in April 2020. Yesterday I finally opened the sealed 3 pack that I bought online. The boxes were sealed, as was the color booster, color activator, and conditioner. The outside of the color enhancing cream has been dotted black as you can see in the picture. There is no black substance in the box. I opened two more boxes and only one box was not corroded by any substance. The activator also has a yellow tint. I have been buying this product for many years and I even like the new version of this product. To be honest I think it's less messy than the original. Can someone, maybe the manufacturer, tell me what the substance says on the container and if it's safe to use? Thank you,
