I've used a magnetic CD base for my cars, but my wallet always had them fall off on impact. It has a very large clip that I can fold over the top of the phone and clip into place. It is very durable. It's plastic so I'm not rough with it. Inserts into a CD player and the base rotates by loosening and then tightening the ball joint bushing. (When I first got it the sleeve was hanging off the clip and I didn't notice it right away so I almost wanted to return it.) The clip has a really big back that you squeeze to open and it sometimes gets caught in the buttons on one of my cars. Look over the CD player and make sure you have room. If you have a large handle or something that protrudes past the CD hole, this may not work for you.
