Great for greasy food
I used to be able to buy these in stores but unfortunately they are no longer available and I just don't know why. They're great for frying fatty foods like lamb chops because they absorb fat. You don't want to reuse them as they have an absorbent layer that absorbs fat. I just drop them. I was so happy that I can buy them online. They work great!
