This mirror met all my expectations! It sucks and holds up well. I would guess that those who say the suction doesn't work had a rough surface or weren't clean. My tile is slightly textured, but not so much that it doesn't absorb well. I cleaned it thoroughly as instructed in the instructions. You put the suction cup on the wall and twist the white holder and it pulls straight down. The mirror does occasionally fog up, but it wears out quickly and doesn't seem to fog up. It has a great swivel option so you can set it up in any direction you want. Haven't removed or tried to move the mirror yet so can't confirm the suction works twice but for me it's worth it!
