I chose these scissors because I needed versatility in the kitchen. To be honest I didn't need most of the options; I have never peeled fish, the peeler is awkward to hold compared to my normal peeler and I already have a lot of knives. I could use a nutcracker though, and it's nice to get rid of an old bottle opener that is only used once a year and takes up space in my drawer. But mainly I needed the scissors for cutting meat, and they have a magnetic holder that fits right onto my knife holder. They are rust resistant and easy to clean. They work great but they have one major downside for me. Yes, they're easy to clean, but they're also too easy to disassemble. When I open the blades all the way, they come apart every time. This is frustrating when you're working with a large piece of chicken and trying to cut through the bones. In addition, these are all-purpose scissors at a very reasonable price.
