Review on 🔪 Tojiro DP Santoku Knife 6.7" (17cm) by Chelsea Hicks

I bought this knife to replace an old cheap Santoku that worked surprisingly well for years but the pink plastic handle finally gave out. This one is clearly higher quality. So far it has sharpened and held the blade quite well. I sharpen about every 2 washes. The shank goes through the handle and is balanced for my hand. I like it. I never hesitate to update my reviews as new information emerges. useful .
