The seller promised a week ago to refund my money if I delete my feedback. I didn't ask for a refund after purchasing the phone holder, but the seller wanted less negative feedback. I never received a refund so I'm making a new review. I knew that would sound wrong when they said they couldn't refund my credit card and should have given me some sort of gift certificate. The window suction seems to be working fine after a month but it is not sticking to my dash with the dash mount and I cleaned the dash well before trying and I clamped it as per the instructions. The vent mount didn't work and I have the recommended type of vent.
