I use these on a Honda Shadow. The protective bar does not close flush with the frame. I used strong wire ties (I made a circle out of it) then I connected each side with wire ties instead of a frame. It works fine, the radiator does not clog (I have liquid cooling). The zip tie keeps them tight and in place. They noticeably block a lot of wind, they keep your feet and legs much warmer. They are well made of waterproof material (rubber or plastic) on the inside of the front and back walls. Ideal for putting on goggles, gloves, masks!. used everywhere nowadays. Put them on when it's cold, take them off when it's warm. very easy to put on or take off. they are tightly packed
