Overall this is a great knife that really exceeded my initial expectations when ordering. Right out of the box, I sent Gyuto to work to see if the seller's promises would come true. Of course I wasn't disappointed, Gyuto turned out to be a lot hotter than I thought. This knife is great because it gives you professional cuts without breaking your wallet. This seller's gyuto is a thumbs up in my books and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who has a mark of buying a quality knife.
