Great fit but maybe don't try to move your arms.
The material has very little flexibility, but at the same time adapts perfectly. I couldn't move my arms without feeling like my circulation was cut off at the elbow joint. Hand rotation is also a little tricky. However, I am very active and my arms measure 11 inches around the elbows and forearm when bent. Overall a quality material that should offer excellent UV protection and not stretch in the surf.
