The upper and lower rotating disks should spin together. Otherwise chaos!

We fixed this problem by purchasing a wooden dowel (3/4 inch from Home Depot - $1) and inserting the two pieces from opposite sides through the top small holes and aligning them with the notch on the Let bottom rest plate (disc Now the discs rotate together and utensils are stored separately. I love this concept. I can now find my favorite crockery that has been tucked away (using the standard cup holder on the countertop). Kun Rikon: Glue please Simply put these pieces together and you have a five star product!
