The cord broke again
The plastic cord that holds the shape of the rim kept breaking. This is my second hat. The first survived up to 1 1/2 years of continuous use. This second cap had a cord that popped out the second time you put it on. Very sad because I love the cover of this hat! I'm a seamstress and I don't see a good way to feed them to the end or keep them in place in the future.
