I am building model airplanes for a hobby - think it's a bit of woodwork or carpentry. I bought this tool to keep on my workbench for starting holes (for marking the centers of large holes) and small holes in softwood. For this purpose it works great. Unfortunately, after less than two hours of actual use / over three months of running time, the electrical connection has come loose and the drill is not working. The tool comes with a wall charger (actually it runs on 5 volts and you can use almost any 5 volt wall charger to get the job done). But the socket on the back of the drill is loose and there is no power to the motor. I'll see if I can disassemble and repair the case. OCTOBER UPDATE I bought a second one - couldn't figure out how to take the case apart without an adjustable wrench. This time I sealed the socket insert on the back with epoxy. Hope this keeps the link in place.
