Nice packaging, the faucet doesn't look cheap, good quality. The water pressure is great! I'm quite a handy person, it's a small black rubber band that needs to be inserted before connecting the line, which isn't mentioned in the video or in the instructions. (Don't throw away that rubber piece!) Pro Tip: Install the black pipe and hot and cold pipes on the faucet before sticking it in the sink, the hose is soft and easy to bend, then put everything in the hole plug and connect the cold and hot supply lines. I found this to be the easiest way to install.
