It doesn't work as well as my 10 year old minosharp
I was hoping to find the perfect sharpener for my 16ยฐ Shun and 14ยฐ Global knives but the results are mediocre at best. I need to send my knives in for professional sharpening. I like it when my knives are razor sharp. The sharper the knife the safer the knife as you don't have to push the food through with the knife which ultimately gives you more precise control.
