USB A does not work at all. USBC works fine. This is quite unacceptable as many systems don't have USBC. Updated my rating. to 1. More than a month is still strong. I've also now used it on a new Macbook and iMac and they both work at near advertised speeds with USB-C. Again. Copying multiple large files is fast. It will be slower when copying many (as well as hundreds+). It's not really the drive itself. This happens on every USB, network and desktop drive I've worked with (many thousands of drives over 20 years). The only difference between this drive and others is that it heats up more. Once it gets "hot" under load, it will slow down, but this doesn't happen often since the drive is very fast. Only one day but as described. The USB-C connection on the phone/motherboard is approaching the advertised speeds. Other connections are much slower but still good. My phone copied 3GB of images in seconds, USB->A connected to my computer's USB port took about 30-45 seconds, not time consuming but much longer but less than a minute. The OnePlus phone 8.USB is MUCH slower. can only get 50-100 MB. I'm not very surprised here. Both slow down dramatically when copying hundreds of smaller files. Every other USB stick I've used does the same thing. I didn't have the slowdown with VERY large files that others have. It gets a little warm, but not too hot. But I'm still like this. . If anything changes drastically I will update
