Review on ๐Ÿ’ซ Rada Cutlery Super Parer Paring Knife - High-Quality Stainless Steel Blade, Sleek Silver Aluminum Handle, 8-3/8 Inches by Star Bell

Nearly perfect American products

Rada knives we originally found at a farmer's market and bought several sets as gifts and added to our original set over the years. For the price of these knives you would only expect mediocre quality, but I have some very high quality (expensive!) Japanese kitchen knives and they don't cut or last any better than the Rads I have. The polished aluminum handles on Rada knives feel better than the wooden handles on most Japanese knives. The thickness of the blade also has a big impact on its performance, and yet I never had to think about bending it. They also hold the edges well. I added a 13" French chef's knife to the original set and it's my favorite knife. I found the handles of standard paring knives to be a bit small so I bought a super paring knife and found myself between a paring knife and a chef's knife. I do the lion's share of all my kitchen work. I've read reviews that Rada Knives is the #1 American made knife overall and I believe that.

Pros
  • understandable even for old people
Cons
  • A bit of loose change
