Great product except when I'm driving without my phone the vibration causes the lock button to disengage completely. It gets so wide that it takes me a few minutes to turn the locking knob to get it back to the right size to hold my phone. Big pain in the ass. Tightening it all the way will keep it in place, but you'll encounter the same problem of having to spend an inconvenient amount of time trying to loosen it when you want to put your phone back in. That (very annoying) issue aside, the build quality is solid, which is all I wanted. The tension of the cocking handle ensures that the phone is securely fixed during long and bumpy rides. If they fixed a problem, this would be the perfect product.
