Power Breather improved my asthma.

I am a 56 year old practicing neurologist from Florida and in my early teens I was a swimmer for the Rolling Hills Country Club in Cincinnati, Ohio. I have always loved swimming and it has always helped me, especially with asthma. Like all adults, I gain weight with age and slow down with exercise, and my asthma has returned with a vengeance. I took Advair daily and Albuterol several times a day. I've tried various sports including tennis, crossfit, 90 day px and martial arts but it's taken its toll on my knees and back. When I injured my back eight months ago, my wife, who is much smarter than me, offered me a swim because I had access to a great pool at my local university's alumni spa. I love to swim but I had trouble swimming because my neck didn't rotate as well as it used to when I was a teenager. In the 25m pool I could only do 10 laps and had to stop a few times. I was looking for a hose to help with my testing and avoid twisting my neck when I came across the Power Breather Wave. It seems like a great idea and now I swim 1250-2000m a day. I never have to turn my head to breathe and I don't stop, and the only time I lift my head is when I've finished my workout. I usually swim between 45 minutes and an hour. My asthma is gone, I no longer take Advair or Albuterol and I've lost 20 pounds. More importantly, I feel much better physically and mentally and my outlook on life has improved. I just want to say thank you to the company and the inventors of this incredible snorkel as they have truly improved my quality of life and I hope it will do the same for many more people.
