Based on other reviews I wasn't sure what to expect from this bag. Mine was sealed in plastic and I couldn't see any mold. I would say the skin was too dry because it wasn't preconditioned. Judging by the thickness of the leather and the imperfections it's obvious this isn't a high quality leather bag but for the price I think it's a good bag with a fun vintage look. There were a few threads inside that needed trimming, but I did it quickly with no problems. Inside there are two large zipped pockets and a thin leather pocket - maybe for a cell phone? I spent a few minutes with saddle soap and it deepened the color and softened the feel. I took a photo with the front air conditioner and the border is wrong so you can see the difference. The inside is lined, the zips work, the seams are strong. I really like this bag. It seems well made for its price and I look forward to using it!
