I'm 5'2, 118 lbs. Just received this purchase and just tried it on - can't believe I plan to sweat it out while walking outside in the hot Arizona weather. they sit on the shoulders - they sit like in the picture, fall a little off the shoulders looks comfortable the sleeve of the khaki blouse is long but i turned the cuff and everything was fine i turned the sleeve and pressed the button, and everything it worked. Perfect. The blouse is a bit big. baggy fit and it's longer than I usually wear but the quality of the material is great and very soft. I bought this in medium so I ordered another medium in white and to try pink in S. I would have also ordered white in S but it's out of stock.
