I'm not a professional but this clipper is very easy to use. The cordless feature is very convenient as I am used to working with corded clippers. I started by connecting them but disconnected them to get to the other side. Much better and very comfortable! I also liked that they are quiet. The scissors are easy to use (the holes are a little big for my thin fingers but still easy to use). I started the haircut with a towel as usual, but then remembered the cape made the rest of the cut MUCH cleaner (hair slides off instantly without snagging on clothes). VERY happy to have received this set and looking forward to playing with the different attachments.
