New Balance is a bit wider on the foot, but not this one. The hole in the shoe is very small so despite trying to make it as wide as possible my daughter couldn't put her foot in the shoe. Otherwise it was the right size! Disappointed it wasn't as easy to put on as advertised. Your foot is the typical width, but we always like to buy something wider. Super cute shoes, well made and nice color - only the sneakers fit or don't go.
