Revainrating 5 out of 5

Easy to use, good quality, requires a Nagura stone

Following the advice of some knife sharpeners and sushi chefs, I have the King 1000 and 6000 grit stones. The 6000 grit is finer than the Spyderco Sharpmaker Ultra Fine Stones. I recommend a Nagura stone for leveling and cleaning a 6000 grit surface. I've found that after 1 or 2 grinds, some metal builds up on it.

  • Impressive
