I think it fits well
I bought these as part of a Halloween costume for my 2.5 year old. She is petite and small for her age. 2-4 years old is perfect for them, so they seem small. They don't squeeze their stomachs or go into their crotches like most do.

- Very opaque and suitable for 2 years
Cons
- These tights are very thin and very easy to put on. It didn't fit my child well had to be sent back.
