Incredibly sharp and strong.
I bought these to replace an old pair that was showing some wear. They fit the bar snugly and snugly, but are easy to disassemble for cleaning. They are amazingly sharp - possibly the sharpest kitchen scissors I have ever owned. They're nice and chunky too, they feel like they could give them a serious haircut.
