The strap should be detachable

Husband likes this lunch bag but it has two cons: 1.) He preferred the handle and didn't like the strap at all but the strap is not detachable so had to cut it it off and 2.) it needs to be slightly larger to actually hold a regular 16.9 ounce water bottle while it stands like the picture. Those things aside, this is a good bag and keeps the cold out well.
