Review on Dyson Inc. 965077-02 Gray Assy DC50 Hose: Superb Quality and Durability by Gabriela Warner

I bought the first of these tubes a few weeks ago. After a short installation, my vacuum cleaner worked again. However, the hose broke after just a few days of light/moderate use. Thinking it was an accident I sent it back and received a replacement quickly. Unfortunately, the replacement tube only lasted a few minutes before it also broke. I didn't swing the vacuum or even drag the hose across the floor. I used the tools as they should be used. Especially the second time I was very gentle. These hoses are either inferior third party hoses or Dyson made a bad batch of parts. I returned for a refund and bought another hose direct from the Dyson website. Hope this works better. Otherwise I'll get a new shark for Christmas!
