I have a Prusa mk2 with PEI heated bed. I've tried printing with polycarbonate (especially Polymaker PC max) many times. The biggest problem was holding on to the bed. Nothing but BuildTak stuck well, but BuildTak stuck TOO well, so much so that it was almost impossible to remove the print without ripping off parts of the BuildTak along with the print. Obviously this is not sustainable as buildtak is expensive. Sign up for magigoo for PC. Holy crap. That's magic. Even with the buildtack, no matter how impossible it is to remove the print, there would still be problems sticking to the corners of my print and lifting/skew long prints. Magigo is not like that. All print, no matter how long, tall or wide, stays put all the time so it doesn't warp or lift off. And yet, once the print cools, it peels off instantly and with minimal effort. I'm using goo on a heated Pei pad using the built in Polymaker PC Max settings in the Prusa slicer.
