I would give this dryer 4.5 stars. This is a very beautiful and very unique hair dryer and styler. It's lightweight but still feels very durable. It is more compact, it has a very comfortable and good grip. It came with a 3 year guarantee. And it came with 3 applications; Cone, 7mm concentrator and 11mm concentrator. It also comes with a nice black pouch. The dryer heats up very quickly and has 3 temperature settings, 2 speed settings (they light up when you turn the dryer on and off respectively) and a button that's supposed to be a 'cold shot'. The hair dryer isn't that loud either, which is a plus. The wire does not get tangled. It seems to do the job of drying and styling my hair as well as my wife's very thick and long hair. Not like a professional salon blow dryer, but not bad at all. It doesn't make things static or freeze - also a big plus. For some strange reason, my cold air button only emits hot air and not cold air as advertised; It could be a defect if I do something wrong. In addition, the nozzle heads are made of durable plastic, but they heat up very quickly! So be careful not to touch them and let them cool down before using them.
