This tutu set is so cute! The pink tutu is a skirt with just a shiny elastic band at the waist. The gray and black tutu is a dress with a ribbed cotton tank top and a black tutu skirt with a glitter tie at the waist. Both packs have 2 layers: a separate coverall/liner and a layer of transparent material of the pack on top. Both have elastic cuffs. It is easy for a child to put them on by themselves. They are great for playing with dress up or to wear. The gray and black dress looks more elegant than I expected and can be worn to a party or wedding.
