Very sharp and comfortable.

This is a very sharp and very beautiful knife straight out of the box. The weight of the knife is perfect, not too heavy, not too light and has a very good balance. The handle is very stable and fits well in the hand. I've used it to cut vegetables and meat and I can tell you that just like in the chef's video, you can place a tomato on a cutting board and cut it vertically without touching it. I've only used the knife 3 times since I bought it, but I feel like it lasts a lot longer and holds a much better edge than your regular kitchen knife you buy and/or aim at Walmart. I would definitely recommend it for the price and since I bought a $35 target knife and the handle started falling off I would definitely recommend buying this knife because I don't see that ever happening to him. If you like knives just for their practicality and sharpness, I definitely recommend this knife, and also for its looks, because it's a very stylish knife. The damask pattern is beautiful and unique and I love just taking the knife out of the box and looking at it just for fun. The Pacca handle is also very unique and attractive, feels very good in the hand and surprisingly has a very good grip that doesn't slip even in wet hands. I recommend this knife to anyone who needs a good kitchen knife for utility or just for presenting in front of guests. Definitely a collector's item.
