Perfect for slicing pineapples!

I work as a bartender in a company restaurant and I asked for something other than a paring knife (3" blade) or a chef's knife (9" blade) to cut and prepare fruit garnishes, and I got it said we don't have such a knife, so I took it upon myself to find and order my own. As a knife enthusiast, I remembered that one of my favorite knife makers, COLDSTEEL, also had kitchen knives, and I found the 5" utility knife to be just what I needed to cut pineapple and citrus with ease and precision! amazed at the impeccable presentation of my drinks and the lack of lopsided pineapples!
