Much better than a regular handset. After using it on several dives I haven't had a single problem with this product. This snorkel has an ergonomic mouthpiece/flush unlike any other snorkel available and you will NOTICE the difference. The mask attachment buckle snaps on and off easily, making separating my mask and snorkel easier than ever. One feature that I think Riff underestimates is the flexibility of the tube. No matter what vinyl it's made of, it's incredibly stable when you're moving it across the sea, but when you need to bend it, the tube is very flexible. Conclusion: Yes, this snorkel is more expensive than most of its competitors, but it means the most suitable snorkel for any type of diving without sacrificing comfort. You get what you pay for in life and this handset is hands down the best.
