TonerPlus USA has become one of my favorite toner sellers. Sounds silly, but I love boxes. Very cool packaging - I must have OCD like that. Rschunimagu. But it is of course much more important in any case that the performance of the toners was excellent, the excellent communication from the seller and the fast delivery via Prime are always a pleasure. I highly recommend TonerPlus USA and so far (knock on wood) have not encountered any of the occasional compatible toner cartridge issues that different vendors sometimes have. I've noticed that a lot of people have left highly negative comments on Revain. Information on ink and toner cartridges can be found on the websites of the individual providers. As an expert in this field, I can tell you that probably 90% of people's "problems" with printer cartridges are due to their own user error, lack of knowledge about compatible and remanufactured and/or incorrect information about these types of items. There is no such thing as a perfect science in any area of "electronics" - even OEMs have a certain failure rate. It happens. But if you know what you're doing, or are patient enough and willing to ask for help and learn, you'll find that most cartridge (both ink and toner) remanufacturing/compatibility issues can be easily resolved . What You Do If you buy compatible/refurbished equipment (especially from small businesses), take money out of the "big box" of corporate CEO bonus checks and weekend yacht party funds and try to help America grow the great country stay is. Sometimes patience is traded for price. If you're a greedy, silver rich person with more money than patience and a lack of knowledge (and worse, no desire to learn) - then of course you'll spend money buying an OEM - but if you're a hardworking, worker (or even an employee) American who believes in making our country the greatest in the world and wants to save money in the process - then buy refurbished/compatible devices from equally hardworking companies like TonerPlus USA and a few others I found at Revain . That's my political rant - I had to do that when I have a forum - I do that - and it fits perfectly. The greedy billion dollar monsters keep getting richer while the average man keeps fighting. Just be smart and stop leaving negative comments on seller accounts until you know what you bought. Clean the printheads, service the printers carefully, use the "unplug/wait 30 seconds/plug" trick, make sure the toner is loaded correctly, make sure the drum isn't the problem (most of you don't even know what it is). I bet it's a drum) and do your homework. 9 times out of 10, the problem isn't even in the toner, but in some other piece of internal equipment or user error. Be smarter than the printer.
