A waste of nearly $30. This was mailed to me in a thin envelope which arrived undamaged. But when pulling out the bottle. Well, as you can see from my photos, it arrived a little wrinkled. Because of this, the pump is stuck and does not work. And when I try to unscrew the bottle, I hear the plastic start to crack and feel the stuff spread over my hands as it flows out. Don't break the bottle. So I have a nearly $30 bottle of this stuff that I wanted to try for the first time. Something I literally can't use. Needless to say I'm angry. It seemed like an absolutely huge waste of time and money. I have a weak immune system and will not leave home to go to the post office and I have not been vaccinated against hepatitis so sending it back to get a new one is not an option.
