Don't oversize. Sneakers are suitable for SM. Baby foot for a small child
I made a pair of Sonic shoes. The low top makes dressing easy. All that was needed was a wide strip of white felt across the instep and a gold felt buckle. I added a pair of white 3/4 socks to make it more like the original. Only teen sizes are available on the site. They came very close to the original.
