This seat cover was a good (but not ideal) solution for convenient storage in my Piper Cherokee (PA28-140) . There isn't much room in the front seats of this aircraft and basically no room to mount or secure anything other than your knees or your passenger's knees in the front seat or out of reach in the rear seats/cargo. For cross country trips where you'd like to have a snack on hand, storage for maps etc, this worked very, very well. I took off a star because installing the slightly smaller standard Cherokee seats requires some creativity to get them to fit together snugly. What would be useful is a velcro strip sewn into the center to tighten the velcro straps around the back. I got it working with an existing velcro but a center strip would be very useful for my particular application. It's not designed for airplane seats to be honest, but if you have a small plane and don't mind the interior looking a bit "tactical", this was a really great solution. I set it up to place thermoses within easy reach behind the seats, side storage pockets behind the folding handle, and front pockets for quick access to things without having to reach for them. I bought one just in case it wasn't suitable for this application but now that I know how well it works and the quality is decent I'm going to get one for the passenger/copilot. Very happy with this seat cover.
