Review on Efficient AirVANTAGE Palm Style Generation Central Vacuum with Low Profile Design by Vince Preston

My review is to replace my PC with a 5 inch random orbit sander (382). It still works and does its job well. Hands go numb pretty quickly. They will feel like pinpricks within 30 minutes of grinding. Mission accomplished. This grinder significantly reduces vibration. The advantage is that it appears to remove material much faster. good workmanship. I would give it 5 stars but I'm not impressed with the dust collection. Reasons 2.1 - it doesn't collect dust well. Dust seems to collect under sandpaper. Abrasive screens are better, but still more dust than expected. 2 - I have not yet found a suitable adapter to connect to my dust collection system. I used tape to make and seal the connection and I need to take my time finding the right connection fitting. To be clear I use this with my dust collection system and not a vacuum shop. Maybe a shop vacuum works better as the air speed is higher. One final note, it has an on/off switch in addition to the paddle, which is handy as you can turn it off to change grit without leaving the grinder running. Price. All this to say that I'm glad I bought it.
