Good direct replacement
Bought to replace a noisy HP notebook fan. Direct replacement. The only thing that confuses me is that the cables have been configured differently. However, after I installed and ran it, it cooled down. I put minecraft to process and it sped up like the old one. I think it's good to go. I'll repost if this doesn't work in the future. So far, so good.
