Clear video and great customer service! You can remotely monitor live action and record video or take manual photos with your phone without inserting an SD card. But the inserted SD card will automatically record video if you want (add $20 to buy a 128GB SD card from Revain at the same time, add $10 and a trip to local stores like BestBuy or Office Depot to save). You can turn off the camera and take it with you anywhere to set the WiFi to the new WiFi using your mobile phone (an easy process, by opening the app and clicking on the app settings, which is something we're not exactly used to, although it certainly is is straightforward and very similar to what we normally do for a mobile phone to use the new Wi-Fi in a new place, which is what you need to do here as well). Keep in mind that the instructions can be a bit confusing and frustrating at first, but overall are pretty easy to follow. It takes about 10 minutes to set up if you have patience and don't mind technology like me. Be sure to contact support if you'd rather have someone hold your hand step by step (again, same as me lol). They are very responsive and willing to help. Not the ideal tool, but it gets the job done and is worth trying. Sorry I rarely give five stars because I have to see PERFECT quality and SUPER EASY to use with no confusion, plus damn CHEAP! Four stars is a very good rating from me! LAUGH OUT LOUD.
