Review on ReliaMount Roku Ultra Mount - Not for New Roku Ultra 2020 by Nigel Cohen

In July we had to dismantle our satellite dish for repairs and suspended our account on the dish. In early December, I got tired of not having a TV to watch Christmas shows, so I ordered a Roku since it works without our internet (which is still connected). My husband and I bought two new smart TVs (Samsung 1080p and Samsung 4k). Roku Ultra exceeded all my expectations! Fully compatible with BOTH TVs and delivering 4k picture quality or 1080 picture quality on our TVs. IF YOUR TV HAS AN HDMI PORT, YOU CAN USE THIS! I would buy a TV with at least TWO HDMI ports just in case you have other things you watch movies on - DVR etc. I use the Roku remote and go straight to the tiles I added ( You'll have to use your computer to set up your account, but it's REALLY EASY and you add the channels you want). Love the fact that there are LOTS of free channels, especially the Stooges Channel and Honeymooners where you can stream literally EVERY season and episode for free! (Who doesn't like the Stooges)? :) My TVG is also free (you just need to log into your TVG account and the picture looks like you're right on the circuit)! Lots of movie channels, Tubi is really good, Crackle is good, Pluto Tv has live shows and movies too. ALL KINDS of channels for outdoor enthusiasts, muscle car enthusiasts, even ocean and forest video channels to help you relax. Bird watching channel it's so cool. The remote that came with the Ultra can control the TV's power and volume, so I don't have to use the remote for the TV itself at all - EVER! TAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA! The remote also has voice control so you can speak and say what you want to search and watch AND a button to press on the box to locate the remote if you've lost it. It's quite noisy so you won't have trouble finding the remote control. One thing needs to be added: LIVE TV options are almost non-existent so I've added Sling TV for the channels we watch most often and HULU is a MUST if you watch ALL seasons of Married With Children, MASH, Law & Order SVU want to see. , Seinfeld and many others. I just love this business. As long as your internet connection is stable, you will really enjoy it. Even if I didn't have Sling or Hulu there are thousands of things to watch, although most of them are horror channels and old movies, I've found some really good stuff by browsing the channels. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to cut cables. Oh, Fox news is free to rebroadcast (not live but still today's news), as is QVC live and Weather Nation is also free. I can't say enough good things about my Roku - so far - so good. Bought one for another TV and may add a third TV. Yes, it's the best since Alexa!
